YES, IN-STORE PICKUP IS STILL AVAILABLE FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE- UPON PICKING UP, WE Will GIVE A CASH REIMBURSEMENT FOR SHIPPING CHARGES INCLUDED IN TOTAL PURCHASE. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

WE ARE CURRENTLY SHIPPING OUT ORDERS EVERY SATURDAY (OCCASIONAL MIDWEEK SHIPPING OCCURS DEPENDING ON SCHEDULE). PLEASE ADD SHIPPING TIME- USUALLY 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE USPS PRIORITY MAIL OPTION.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU OFFER?

THE ONLY CURRENT SHIPPING OPTION IS THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. UPS AND FEDEX ARE NOT AN OPTION AT THIS TIME. WE USUALLY SHIP USPS PRIORITY MAIL FLAT RATE BOXES THAT INCLUDES A TRACKING NUMBER. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE HOME FOR PACKAGE TO BE DROPPED OFF.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN SHIPPING CANDLES, THE WEIGHT OF 1.5 LBS AND MEASUREMENT OF 8” x 2 1/2” EACH IS FACTORED IN, ALONG WITH THE SPACE & WEIGHT NEEDED FOR THE ADDITIONAL PACKAGING MATERIAL TO SAFELY SHIP WITHOUT DAMAGE. FOR CANDLES, THE BEST SHIPPING VALUE IS ORDERING 4 UNITS, SENT IN A LARGE FLAT RATE BOX FOR THE SHIPPING COST OF 18.00.
